The position of AM II is a full cycle sales role (Prospecting, Discovery, Closing, and Account Management/Growth). The AM II is responsible for generating their own qualified sales leads and meetings.
The position of AM II is a full cycle sales role (Prospecting, Discovery, Closing, and Account Management/Growth). The AM II is responsible for generating their own qualified sales leads and meetings.
As a first point of contact with potential clients and industry partners, the AM II is expected to develop a working knowledge of the company’s services and how those solutions fit into the industries we serve.
It is also expected that the AM II assume new responsibilities as they master regular tasks of the position.
As the Sr. Account Manager’s aptitude for our business grows it is always our goal that they be transitioned to roles of greater responsibility within the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Sr. Account Manger tasks include but are not limited to:
· Conduct 1-2 online presentations of company services to prospective customers each workday.
· Book 2-3 online appointments for presentation of company services.
· Phone prospecting to book online appointments for product and service presentations.
o Average 40-60 Dials per Day
o Average 3-6 hours of Daily Talk time
· Email prospecting to book online appointments for product and service presentations.
· List Building: Sourcing contact details of 10-20 new prospects daily.
· Attend regular training facilitated by manager.
Preferred Experience:
Aviation Experience
Travel – Candidate may travel extensively
For this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or GED
- An Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business-related field (preferred)
- 2+ years’ work experience in an Account Executive or inside sales role
- Experience in sales and account management, consistently meeting or exceeding sales revenue quotas.
- Strong business acumen and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Some computer skills and basic knowledge of MS Office.
